Please note that our standard delivery times for Bouncy castle outdoor hires are normally from 8.30 am to 12 pm however these may vary in extremely busy periods.
Our standard collection times for Bouncy castle outdoor hires are between 5pm and 7pm (April to October)
If your booking is for an indoor venue, please let us know, in the customer notes section on the online booking form, the time of the party and when you have access to the venue for delivery and collection purposes
Hot tub deliveries will normally be between 10am and 4pm and collection also between 10am and 4pm.
Please note that an outdoor tap or a tap with a compatible hose connector is required to supply the water to the hot tub.The customer is responsible for filling the hot tub.
We normally deliver and set up between 10am and 4pm on the day of delivery so that the hot tub is ready for use the following morning.
Please be aware that from set up, it can take up to approximately 24 hours for the water to heat up to the maximum temperature of 40 degrees centigrade.
We would advise all of our customers to purchase a compatible tap to hose connector so that they can fill up the hot tub with warm water directly from their mixer tap so the hot tub can be used once it has been filled.
This will save time and reduces energy costs.
